First-Time Client Session – 75 min

Service Description

New clients will receive a emailed link to complete an online intake and consent form before their appointment. The initial session is 75 minutes, allowing spacious time for both conversation and treatment. This first appointment gives you and I (Pam) the opportunity to align about your health history, current concerns, goals, sensitivities, and the kind of support you are seeking. It also creates room to establish rapport, answer questions, and help your system settle before the hands-on or guided work begins. The additional time allows the session to unfold without rushing, so the work can be attuned, personalized, and supportive from the very beginning.
